PT Awana Sawit Lestari successfully exported 3,200,625 MT of palm kernel expeller to China on Tuesday (January 13th). The palm kernel expeller exports, carried by the MV Brother 36, contributed Rp428,987,000 in export duties and Rp1,340,582,000 in palm oil levies.
“With export foreign exchange reaching USD352,068.75, exports at the start of this year are certainly a positive signal for economic growth and the movement of the regional economy,” said Dawny Marbagia, Head of the Parepare Customs Office. Parepare Customs is also assisting with the export process at Belang-Belang Port in West Sulawesi Province.

The other Palm Kernel Expeller exporter is PT Caturindo Jaya Bersama. This trading company exports PKE and PKM to South Korea and aims its export to other country.
